Measuring consumption and emission
Measuring consumption and emission for a medical center with many specialties. The center also has different buildings dedicated to sophisticated wellness programs (hotels, swimming pools, spas, gyms, restaurants…).
CHALLENGE: The customer embarked on a path of reducing energy and water consumption to save money and become more sustainable. The challenge is to provide tools to map consumption and be aware of the impact on the bill of each of the activities carried out. In addition, the customer does not have an in-house team with know-how in data analysis.
RESULTS: E-wawe has launched an extensive energy and water consumption monitoring project that is divided into two phases. Initially, we conducted a preliminary energy assessment which, thanks to the installation of a first series of devices, aims to identify the areas responsible for most of the consumption. The second module extends this monitoring inside buildings with greater granularity, providing KPI trends in order to take concrete action on waste, reduce consumption and track interventions to reduce emissions.
More than 5% of inefficiencies have been spotted.
